Our Individual services focus on support for a range of common mental health issues that qualify as low to medium risk. Therapists would generally offer assistance with concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Medium risk clients would possibly have ongoing or chronic mental health conditions, moderate levels of self-harm or suicidal ideation, or individuals struggling with substance abuse if these concerns are in conjunction with other relational problems.
Our individual therapy sessions would emphasize providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking help with more typical mental health challenges that qualify as outpatient. Therapists will assess and refer any high risk clients such as those requiring inpatient drug rehabilitation, severe anger issues and a chronic history of physical violence, numerous homicidal or suicidal attempts, or unmedicated severe mental health conditions to inpatient services.

Our therapy office specializes in low to medium risk families and provides a range of services to address common familial challenges. Our therapists are equipped to work with families dealing with issues like parenting concerns, sibling conflicts, and adjustment difficulties. Additionally, they can assist families in developing coping strategies for stress management and enhancing overall family dynamics. Our therapy focus is on fostering a healthy and supportive environment for families to navigate their challenges, build resilience, and strengthen their relationships. Our therapists tailor interventions to the unique needs of each family, promoting positive communication patterns and facilitating sustainable solutions to improve the overall well-being of all family members.
Medium-risk family issues might involve more complex dynamics that require a specialized approach beyond basic family therapy. These could include challenges such as ongoing conflicts leading to emotional distress, moderate behavioral issues in children, adjustment difficulties related to major life changes, or strained parent-child relationships. Medium-risk family issues might also encompass cases where there's a need for support in navigating issues related to blended families or dealing with the aftermath of divorce. While these challenges may not pose an immediate threat, they can significantly impact family functioning and well-being. Our therapy office addresses medium-risk family issues and provides targeted interventions to address these complexities and help families work toward positive resolutions.

Our therapy office caters to low to medium-risk couples and addresses common relational challenges, such as communication issues; relational conflicts including infidelity, sex therapy, and mild emotional or physical abuse; or adjustments to major life transitions. Low to medium-risk cases might involve couples seeking support for improving their attachment patterns in difficult relationship dynamics; divorce; navigating parenting challenges; mild substance abuse and codependency; or managing external stressors impacting their partnership.
High-risk cases, on the other hand, might include situations involving severe domestic violence, ongoing substance abuse within the relationship, or significant mental health crises. In such instances, the therapy office would prioritize client safety and refer high-risk couples to specialized services equipped to handle more complex and urgent needs. This approach ensures that each couple receives the appropriate level of care based on the nature and severity of their relational challenges.
